The El Paso Community Foundation’s Plaza Classic Film Festival is bringing back the Holiday Movies at the Plaza Theatre. Part of El Paso Live’s new WinterFest, the community foundation will spread some family-friendly holiday cheer by showing old and not-so-old Christmas favorites.
