PERSPECTIVES: Food Studies
Louie talks with Meredith Abarca, Associate Professor in the Department of English; and PhD student, Consuelo Salas. Meredith is a food scholar who will be taking part in a Food Studies Symposium which will focus on the study of food in the humanities. Meredith & Consuelo talk about the different ways food is portrayed in literature, through social media, and through our favorite cooking shows on TV.
