Noemi and Dennis talk with Salvador Baeza, pharmacist and director of the West Texas Regional Poison Center at University Medical Center El Paso, about the rise in calls to the center regarding children and electronic cigarette accidents. Most specifically, the swallowing or chewing of the liquid nicotine inside the cartomizer of some of the commercially available products.
