Produced by WQXR and Carnegie Hall, Carnegie Hall Live features some of the world’s best performers and ensembles in a wide range of styles, from early music to recitals to orchestral performances.

This season offers concerts in a wide range of styles, from early music to recitals to orchestral performances. The season launches with the Opening Night Gala concert by The Philadelphia Orchestra led by Yannick Nézet-Séguin and joined by soloists Lang Lang and Chick Corea. Other highlights in the series include the Orchestra dell'Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia with pianist Martha Argerich; the Vienna Philharmonic led by Gustavo Dudamel; the Israel Philharmonic conducted by Zubin Mehta; a duo recital with Joshua Bell and Jeremy Denk; performances by the Bayerisches Staatsorchester and Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra; a solo recital with pianist Sir András Schiff; and a beautiful program of chamber music by the renowned Takács Quartet. 

Hosted by WQXR’s Jeff Spurgeon and WNYC's John Schaefer. Special guest co-host Clive Gillinson (Carnegie Hall’s Executive and Artistic Director), joins for the final program in the series, a performance by the National Youth Orchestra of the USA led by Marin Alsop.
