The magic of make up is undenaible and El Pasoan Nicole De La Torre, a current student at Tri-State Cosmetology won 2nd prize in a national Halloween make-up contest presented by HedLux, an ultra premium supplier of beauty products to the industry. Her make up was so good that reperesentatives thought that her submission was a mask.
