In The Tacos of Texas, taco journalists Mando Rayo and Jarod Neece take us on a delicious taco tour around the state as they discover the traditions, recipes, stories, and personalities behind Tacos across Texas. These Taco journalists spent a lot of time in El Paso and met and featured over 15 El Pasoans in their book.
