Glenn talks about the possibilities of using water reserves from hydraulic fracturing and re-using those for drinking water, business, or agricultural purposes. He also talks about the OASES project, which is public-private partnership between universities and private companies to search for "the next bucket of water" for the arid Southwestern U.S.
