Charles talks to filmmaker Charlie Minn, whose latest film, "The New Juarez," provides an update on the drug-fueled murders in Ciudad Juarez. Over the last year, the murder rate in Juarez has decreased from 8 murders a day to 1 murder a day. The film examines the reasons behind the decrease.
